I get your perspective. I really do. I do suffer from Major Depressive Disorder. Anxiety does come as a freebie with depression. So I have both. Some days are really really bad, I just don't feel like going out at all. Don't feel like doing anything at all. I wasted many days like that. But after my fate brought me into working with psychiatry patients, for a psychiatry clinic, I started looking at mental health disorders from a different angle and started to know the actual reasons behind them.
I think I am starting to get much better now, it's only that I talk to myself as my own therapist. I learnt that we can actually make up any story and fool our brains in beleiving it. That's how the job is halfway already done.
Sorry for saying so much πŸ˜… It's just that I really want others to feel better since I know how miserable it might feel to suffer from depression.
