Yeah, birds have a tendency to fight dangerously. I know this pretty well because there used to be a lot of parakeets in our house, during my childhood. They used fight sometimes so bad that they would pluck out all the feathers and injure each other. Sometimes, 2 or 3 of them would even team up together targeting one particular birds. One or two times, even few birds died this way, just because of the fight.
